How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's website to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

What is Vastrado's return policy?

We offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across the country.

How do I ensure I pick the right size?

Each product page features a detailed size guide with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend comparing these measurements against a well-fitting garment you already own.

Does Vastrado ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working hard to expand our logistics network and hope to offer international shipping to our global fashion community soon.

Are the colors of the products accurate?

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings and lighting during photography, actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
